1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.1/ Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar to consider his grievance regarding approval of his service as per recommendation of the Governing Body of Utkalamani Gopabandhu Smruti Mahavidyalaya +2 Wing, Sakhigopal, in the district of Puri.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the representation given by Petitioner to the Opposite Party No.1/ Secretary, Higher Education Department,

// 2 // Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar for consideration of his grievance is pending since 12.03.2021.

5. In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.1/ Secretary, Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

7. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
