Grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is that though he has made an application under Annexure-2 to remove the trees from his recorded land before Divisional Forest Officer, Keonjhar Division, Keonjhar-Opposite Party No.2 since 6th April, 2022, no action has yet been taken on the same. 3.
Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to Opposite Party No.2- Divisional Forest Officer, Keonjhar Division, Keonjhar to take steps for disposal of the aforesaid application, if pending, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
