This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the appellant as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is seen from the record that the alleged offence under Sections 363/366/376(20(n), I.P.C. read with Section 3(2)(v) of the S.C. and S.T. (PoA) Act and Section 6 of the POCSO Act. Hence, this appeal is not maintainable. Therefore, the appellant shall file BLAPL application before this Court.

In such view of the matter, leave is granted. Registry is directed to convert the CRLA to BLAPL and renumber the same. 6.

Registry is further directed to do the needful and place the matter before the appropriate assigned Bench in the next week. Jagabandhu ( A.K. Mohapatra ) Judge
