1. The matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Mr. R.K. Panda, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has, at the outset, submitted that, the victim girl has been rescued and restored to the custody of her parents, and as such this petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of such statement, which has not been controverted or opposed by Mrs. Pattnaik, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State, this proceeding stands closed as infructuous and disposed of.
