Heard Mr. B. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4 to settle Plot No. 568, area Ac 0.28 dec under Khata No.90 of Mouza-Madhusudanpur, Tahasil -Soro in the district of Balasore in favour of the petitioner.

In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
