Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Chitrakonda P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019 corresponding to T.R. Case No. 17 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge, Malkanagiri for offence punishable under section 20(b)(ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The rejection order which is attached to bail application is dated 23.10.2019. Since in the meantime three years have elapsed, I am not inclined to entertain this bail application. However, the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the learned trial Court. The BLAPL stands disposed of.
