It is informed to the Court that an I.A. is filed for conversion of the nomenclature of the case from CRLMC to CRLMP considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner and while claiming so, learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the I.A. No.2825 of 2022, which is perused. In fact, petitioner filed the aforesaid I.A. for a direction to convert the nomenclature to CRLMP from CRLMC, which stands allowed. 2.

I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
