The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking liberty to file appeal before the competent authority as well as condoning the delay in filing the appeal. But this Court has expressed no opinion on the same. However, if law provides to prefer appeal, the petitioner may approach the authority concerned by preferring appeal along with the application for condonation of delay in accordance with law, if he is so advised.
