This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 20.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11732 of 2022. 3.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Upon the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner and on perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that the offences involved in this case are under Sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/506/34, I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act.

Accordingly, in the last line of para-4 of the order dated 20.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11732 of 2022, the words and figures "Sections 363/366-A/34, I.P.C." are hereby corrected and substituted by the words and figures "Sections 363/366/376(2)(n)/ 506/34, I.P.C. and Section 6 of the POCSO Act". However, the other conditions in the said order remain intact.
