This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- To issue appropriate writ/order/direction byt directing the State opposite parties more particularly, the principal secretary to Govt.

of Odisha Department of Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment Odisha herein referred as Opp. party No.1 to take promptitude steps/effective steps in the matter of taking decision of the representation extending the promotional post i.e District Agriculture Officer (DAO), re-structure as Agriculture District Officer (ADO) may be antedated from the date his juniors got promotion to the said post on notional basis, since the petitioner is retired meanwhile.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today.

It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same

// 2 // shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
