Mr. Ray, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's mother died in fire accident on 7th June, 2017. By representation dated 4th January, 2022 made to Special Relief Commission, Ex-gratia Assistance of Rs.4,00,000/- was claimed. On no action taken his client has moved Court.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the proper authority is the Collector (opposite party no.3). 3.

Petitioner will make fresh representation before opposite party no.3 and also produce this order. Said opposite party, within three
