Learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a fair statement that R.C. Case No.6 of 2018 is already admitted and is pending for final hearing. Keeping this in view, this Court directs the Additional Commissioner, Consolidation & Settlement, Cuttack- Opposite Party No.1 to conclude the aforesaid proceeding at least within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but however involving the parties likely to be affected, if any.
