This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 10.05.2022 passed by this Court in TRP(C) No.364 of 2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, the year of Civil Proceeding number has been wrongly mentioned in the petition and, as such, the same has been reflected in the order dated 10.05.2022. Hence, the same may be modified / corrected as "2019" instead of "2009".

Considering the submission and the averments made in this application, it is directed that in the order dated 10.05.2022 passed in TRP(C) No.364 of 2019, the year of the C.P. number "2009" be corrected as "2019". Rest part of the order dated 10.05.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
