1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was serving as a Peon in D.N. High School, Sarsatia, in the district of Balasore. He was transferred to the office of the Opposite Party No.4/Block Education Officer, Bahanaga by the Opposite Party No.3/ District Education Officer, Balasore on 13.06.2022. Thereafter, he was deployed to Bishnupur High School on 17.08.2022 although there was no term of deployment in the Odisha Service Code. He was again deployed to Gilda High

// 2 // School on 06.09.2022. But the Headmaster of Gilda High School did not allow him to join in the School.

In such view of the matter, the Headmaster of Gilda High School is directed to accept the joining report of the Petitioner and allow him to join in the School on production of a copy of this order along with the joining report by the Petitioner on or before 15th October, 2022. The Petitioner is at liberty to approach the Opposite Party No.4/ Block Education Officer, Bahanaga seeking redressal of his grievance regarding non-payment of salary for the non-joining period.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
