1. This petition is restored vide order passed today in CMAPL No.298 of 2015.

2. Having perused the prayers in the present petition, it appears that these are the matters which can be agitated before the Lokayukta in accordance with law.

3. Accordingly, the Court declines to interfere in the present petition with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Lokayukta in accordance with law.
