Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner by means of this Writ Petition challenges a portion of the order dated 31.10.2014 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 1557 of 2012 and seeks for a direction to Opposite Party Nos.1 and 2 to count his ad hoc past service and antedate the date of his promotion to the post of Lecturer and Reader, as had been decided on 21.01.2014 in W.P.(C) No. 1640 of 2013 (Narayan Prasad Mohanty v. State of Odisha and othes) with a further direction to re-fix the scale of pay and pay the arrear benefit along with all consequential service benefit within a stipulated period.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the claim of the petitioner is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 20648 of 2016 along with batch of cases disposed of on 27.06.2017.

He prays for disposal of this Writ Petition in terms of the said decision. 5.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 20648 of 2016 along with batch of cases disposed of on 27.06.2017. The impugned order of the Tribunal is modified accordingly. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
