This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This I.A. has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in the ABLAPL.

On the basis of oral prayer, learned counsel for the Petitioners is allowed to carry out necessary correction in the causetitle of the bail application in court today, so far as the G.R. Case number is concerned.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Petitioners, the condition imposed, vide Para-4 of the order dated 21.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11763 of 2022 with regard to verification of Criminal Antecedents of similar nature of the Petitioners, is hereby waived. However, waiving of the aforesaid condition is subject to the Petitioners furnishing cash security of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the satisfaction of learned
// 2 // court in seisin over the matter. Except the above modification, the other conditions in the said order remain intact. 5.
Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 21.09.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.11763 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (rupees five hundred) by the Petitioners in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the deposit.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the time stipulated, the time extended for the petitioners to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A. is accordingly allowed and disposed of. 8.
