The Petitioner by filing this Application has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article- 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India in seeking a direction to the Opposite Party No.3 to investigate the matter relating to Bhandaripokhari P.S. Case No.302 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2223 of 2022. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the Application as well as the documents annexed thereto, this Application stands disposed of with the observation that the Opposite Party No.3 would do well to proceed with the investigation of the above noted case for its early completion in accordance with law.
