1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner. Since Opp. Party has refused to accept the notice, notice against him is treated as sufficient.

3. The present transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of MAT Case No. 406 of 2014 from the file of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Athagarh to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal.

4. Considering the grounds taken in the transfer petition and the decision governing the field, this Court is inclined to transfer MAT Case No. 406 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Athagarh to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Dhenkanal. Accordingly, this Court directs learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Athagarh to transfer MAT Case No. 406 of 2014 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court at Dehenkanal forthwith.
