1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard Ms. Sai Suman on behalf of Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner. Tracking report confirms service of notice on the Opp. Party on 11.11.2022 and nobody has appeared on behalf of the Opp. Party.
3. This transfer petition has been filed seeking transfer of C.P. No. 103 of 2021 from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and taking into account the grounds taken in the transfer petition as well as the decisions governing the field, this Court is inclined to allow the prayer as made in the transfer petition. Accordingly, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhadrak to transfer C.P. No. 103 of 2021 to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Kendrapara forthwith on receipt of this order.
