1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. This CONTR has been filed by the Petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 16.03.2022 passed by this Court in CRLMP No.434 of 2022 by the Opposite Party/ Contemnor.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that despite the aforesaid order dated 16.03.2022 passed by this Court in CRLMP No.434 of 2022, the Opposite Party/ Contemnor has not taken any action on the grievance petition of the Petitioner till date.

5. On the other hand, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that the complaint filed by the Petitioner has been registered in the meantime and the investigation is in progress. Therefore, the grievance of the Petitioner has already been redressed.

6. Since the complaint filed by the Petitioner is stated to have been registered, the grievance of the Petitioner has been redressed and as such this CONTR has become infrutuous.

Accordingly, this CONTR is dropped being infructuous.
