1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Appellant is in custody in connection with Patna P.S. Case No.47/2019 corresponding to Special Case No.66/2022 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Keonjhar.

4. It is alleged that the Appellant, who is a CICL kidnapped the victim, who is a minor girl. In course of investigation, it was

// 2 // revealed that the Appellant had taken the victim to Jagatpur where they stayed as husband and wife for about four months. Subsequently, the Appellant is said to have married another girl and thereafter the case was registered.

5. Considering the nature of accusations, the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., as also the social investigation report filed by the State counsel, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The CRLA is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
