CORAM:

ORDER
23.09.2022 Order No.
1.
Writ petition involves the following prayer:
"It is therefore humbly prayed that your Lordships would graciously be pleased to direct the opp. parties No.1 to 6 to take immediate and appropriate action against the opp. party No.7 and repair the river embankment before ensuing high flood devastation within a stipulated period.
And pass any other order(s), direction (s) as would be deemed fit and proper.
And for this act of your kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."
2.
Petitioners drop their attempt so far it relates to annexure-4 series. Looking to the relief claimed therein in the prayer, this Court finds there is no approach to the competent authority in this regard as of now. However, in disposal of the writ petition this Court observes in the event the petitioners make a detailed request to the competent authority, same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law.
