1. There is no stay granted by this Court of the trial Court proceedings which has been in progress for over 6 years now.

2. At this stage, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter. Permitting the Petitioner to urge all the pleas, raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order if any, stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
