1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. The Petitioner, in this Writ Petition, challenges the order No.2115/TE & SCERT dated 30.04.2022 passed by the Opposite Party No.3/Director of Teacher Education and SCERT, Odisha, Bhubaneswar rejecting his claim to absorb in the post of Librarian in Nabakrushna Choudhury College of Teacher Education, Angul.
4. In such view of the matter, let notice be issued to the Opposite Parties
5. Mr. D. Mund, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State waives of notice on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos.1 and 3 and Mr. Debasis Mohapatra,
// 2 // learned Standing Counsel for the Department of School and Mass Education waives of notice on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2. Required number of copies of the Writ Petition be served on them within three working days hence, who shall obtain instructions in the matter.
6. So far as Opposite Party No.4 is concerned, issue notice to it through Registered Post with A.D./Speed Post. Postal requisites shall be filed within three working days hence.
