Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

It appears, Petitioner has a long pending demarcation request before the Tahasildar, NischintakoiliOpposite Party No.3.
Considering the limited grievance, the Writ Petition stands disposed of directing Opposite Party No.3 to find if such application is still pending, to take a final decision in such matter at least within a period of two months giving reasonable opportunity to the persons likely to be affected.
