Mr. Sahu, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client being aggrieved by rejection of her claim for further compensation on unsuccessful sterilization procedure conducted on her, has impugned communication dated 6th May, 2022.

Ms. Pattanayak, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, Rs.30,000/- as per policy has been paid. Mr. Sahu submits, that is so.

This Court will not interfere with a policy decision of the Government regarding effecting sterilization procedure and the indemnity on failure.

In the circumstances, no order can be made. The writ petition is disposed of.
