1. It appears that the work of laying pipelines is temporary and the storing of materials for that purpose is only in the transitional phase.The report given by the Tahasildar indicates that without permission of the Tahasildar the situation willnot be allowed to continue.

2. In that view of the matter, no further directionsare called for. The writ petition is disposed of.
