1. As far as the delay is concerned, it appears that the delay occurred during the period of Covid-19.

2. In that view of the matter, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned.

3. The I.A. is disposed of.

4. The three-year term of the Managing Committee in question has already come to an end on 29th July, 2022. In that view of the matter, entertaining the present writ appeal against the order of the learned Single Judge is to no avail. In case out of the constitution of the new Managing Committee any dispute arises, then it will be open to the Appellant to agitate his grievance in accordance with

// 2 // law notwithstanding the observations in the impugned order of the learned Single Judge.
