Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. B.K. Dash & Associates have entered appearance on behalf of the informant/victim. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the informant/victim is taken on record. 4.

The Registry is requested to tag the same with the file. Name of Mr. B.K. Dash & Associates be reflected in the file, in the cause list as well as in the CMS of this Court. 5.

The petitioner is accused in Lalbag P.S. Case No.202 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1100 of 2022, pending before the learned S.D.J.M.(S), Cuttack, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 420/341/354/294/506 of the IPC. 6.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack, by order dated 14.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Since the investigation is going on and taking into account the nature of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to entertain this bail application.

Let the matter be pursued before the learned Court below after filing of charge-sheet and on such application being filed, learned Court in seisin over the matter shall deal with the same independently without being influenced by the earlier rejection or order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
