This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.505 of 2022, pending in the file of learned S.D.J.M., Patnagarh, arising out of Belpada P.S. Case No.120 of 2022, for commission of offences under Sections 272/274/275/120-B of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patnagarh, by order dated 29.08.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Admittedly since the seizure of the Eskuf cough syrup is less than the commercial quantity as prescribed, this Court directs
the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Taking into account the criminal proclivity of the petitioner as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs that the petitioner shall appear before the Investigating Officer once every week till the submission of final form. 8.
Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
