Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 3.

Learned counsel Mr. Manoranjan Acharya has entered appearance on behalf of the informant/victim. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the informant/victim is taken on record. 4.

The Registry is requested to trace and the tag the same with the file. Name of Mr. Mr. Manoranjan Acharya be reflected in the file, in the cause list as well as in the CMS of this Court. 5.

The petitioner is accused in connection with G.R. Case No.100 of 2022, pending in the Court of learned Nayadhikari cum J.M.F.C., Odagaon, arising out of Odagaon P.S. Case No.62 of 2022, for offences under Sections 294/341/323/323/307/326/506/34 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Sessions Judge, Nayagarh, by order

dated 12.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the informant on instruction opposes the prayer for bail with vehemence inter alia on the ground that because of the injury to the skull the injured is not able to talk. 8.

Taking into account that in the meanwhile charge-sheet has already been filed and the petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 9.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till conclusion of trial.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
