Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Taking note of the rejection order indicating that the trail has already been commenced and keeping in view the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. The Bail Application is stands rejected. The Learned Court below is called upon to expedite the trial.
