This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Appellant is in custody in connection with Damanjodi P.S. Case No.37/2022 corresponding to G.R. No.794/2022 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Koraput-Jeypore. 3.

It is submitted that the allegations against the Appellant are baseless and in any case no specific overt act has been attributed to him.

Considering the submissions and the materials on record, this Court is of the view that in so far as the present Appellant is concerned, nothing specific has been alleged against him to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. 5.

Taking into consideration all the above facts, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Appellant be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

The CRLA is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
