Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Nimapada, O.P., to prioritise disposal of Mutation Misc. Case No.73/2021 at least completing the proceeding within a period of two months but however not avoidance of any enquiry or appearance of the Parties. In Case there is no appearance of the Parties, notice to the Parties therein be achieved by way of Special Messenger at the cost of the Petitioner.
