Heard Mr. G.N. Mishra, Learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

In Compliance of the order dated 01.02.2020, Mr. A.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate received instruction and placed the same in Court today, wherein Paragraph -6 reads as under:- "It is Further humbly submitted that after proper verification of letter dated 03.12.2021 Sri Ashok Kumar Dora, Founder, Staysai Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, At- tentulinali, Uttampur, Cuttack has been requested vide Director AYUSH letter no.- 1089,dt. 11.02.2022 to apply afresh to the Competent Authority i.e Director AYUSH, Odisha, Bhubaneswar in prescribed From-1 along with all necessary prerequisites as per the Guidelines framed by Govt. in Helath & F.W Department vide their letter No. 26164/ H dt.13.11.2020 for recognition/accreditation of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences of Medical Colleges for recognition and accreditation of the above said College, Hospital & Research Centre."

In course of hearing, Mr. G.N. Mishra, learned counsel for

the petitioner states that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh application before the authority and direction may be given to consider the same within a stipulated time, to which learned Addl. Government Advocate has raised no objection. 5.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after going through the records, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh application before the authority within a period 15 days from today. If such application is filed, the concerned authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filling of such application along with certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
