Since opposite party no.5 has provided the service book and the petitioner has received the same on 22.12.2014, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.
