Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- To direct the opp. parties to absorb the petitioner on regular basis with retrospective effect.
To direct the opp. parties to sanction pension in favour of the petitioner forthwith.
To direct the opp.
parties to grant the consequential and service benefits in favour of the petitioner.

Taking into account the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to make fresh representation before Opp. party No.1 in that regard within a period of two weeks from today. 5.
It is observed that if such representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.1 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. 6.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
