This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Anugul Sadar P.S. Case No.665 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1299 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Anugul for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/294/ 323/307/313/494/506/34, I.P.C. read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 5.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the sister-in-law of the informant and she has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no allegation made out against the petitioner and all the allegations have been made against the husband of the informant.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties and the materials placed before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer. 7.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
