2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 is present through Video Conferencing Mode.

3. It appears that on the last occasion i.e. on 03.11.2022 also none appeared for the Petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.
