Mr. S.K. Dwibedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the present petitioner may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the learned trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid submission, this Court without adverting to the materials on record on merit disposes of the bail application with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the learned trial Court.
