1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. The order dated 30th May, 2022 passed by learned J.M.F.C. (City), Cuttack in Misc. Case No.204/2021 is under challenge whereby the prayer of the Petitioner for release of certain articles was allowed in part. The Petitioner seeks to challenge the order to the extent the same relates to rejection of his petition for release of other articles.

3. Having regard to the fact the Petitioner can also agitate his grievance before the Court of Session, the CRLREV is disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the Court of Session within a period of three weeks by filing

// 2 // appropriate application. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within a period of three weeks thereafter.

4. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
