Heard Mr. S. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners.

According to Mr. Choudhury, the petitioners are aggrieved by non-disposal of the Cr. P. No. 206 of 2015 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar which they have filed claiming maintenance from the Opposite Party. Accordingly, Mr. Choudhury prays that a direction be issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a specific time period. 4.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to make all endeavour to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment.

Accordingly, this CRLMP is disposed of.
