This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner by means of this writ petition challenges the order No. 6664 dated 19.08.2021 passed by the Tahasildar, Hatadihi. 3.

As it appears the order impugned is appealable under Section 46 of the Odisha Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 2016. Thus this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if he is so advised.
