This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) mode.

This is an application for modification of order dated 17.03.2022. 3.

It is submitted by Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is required to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs) after his released from bail. He further submits that the aforesaid sum was deposited on 27.06.2022 before the court below. Further he seeks time till end of October, 2022 to deposit the balance amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs) in two equal installments. 4.

Considering the submissions made, the prayer sought for is allowed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is granted time till end of October, 2022 to deposit balance amount in two equal installments. The rest part of the order shall remain unaltered. 5.

I.A. stands disposed of.
