1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 submits that the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Angul acting as an Arbitrator has complied with the order dated 20.08.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.14827 of 2018, inasmuch as an order dated 10.07.2019 has been passed with due endorsement to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that he has no instructions.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2, the present contempt proceedings are dropped.

4. The CONTC is accordingly disposed of.

// 2 // However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the present contempt by making an application within next four weeks from today in case the aforesaid position is incorrect.
