This is an application for modification.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner was released on bail in BLAPL No.8117 of 2021 by order dated 11.05.2022 but in paragraph-4 of the said order, where it has been wrongly mentioned as "Section 25(1)(B)" instead of "Sections 387/120-B/35/25(1-B)(a) of the Arms Act".

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-4 of the order dated 11.05.2022 it be mentioned as "Sections 387/120-B/35/25(1B)(a) of the Arms Act" in place of "Section 25(1)(B)", rest part of

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
