1. The present petition seeks the quashing of an FIR in Karanjia PS Case No.142 of 2016. During the six years of pendency of the present petition, there has been no interim order granted by this Court. By now, the investigation in the said FIR should have been completed.

2. Consequently, the Court is not, at this stage, inclined to interfere with the matter. Leaving it open to the Petitioner to urge all the pleas, raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage of the proceedings, the petition is disposed of. The interim order if any stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
