This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Puintala P.S. Case No.206 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1378 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Bolangir for commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/468/34, I.P.C.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a complaint lodged by B.D.O., Puintala so far the present petitioner is concerned. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.

Considering the submissions made and the materials placed

// 2 // before the Court, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner by the Arresting Officer in the aforesaid case, petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer with the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
