Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedy for calling for ballot papers, if such contingency arises during evidence and there is appearance of material to support the case of the Petitioner through the evidence. 2.
